You will need a set of allen wrenches. It helps to have the nice t-handle kind for this!

2 단계

Remove the hubcap, then the wheel itself.

3 단계

Clean everything up and check the bolts that hold the fender onto the frame. They often fall out with the vibrations of wheeling over city streets and sidewalks. Add new bolts and secure them with some serious LocTite action!
