Often, when any of the four platforms opens up to create the tile "wall," small objects such as the scorekeeping chips may accidentally fall into the mechanism, rendering the machine unplayable. Be cautious when putting your hands inside due to sharp parts: gloves and tweezer recommended.
Remove the long (green) platform cover of the jammed platform and set it aside to expose the opening of the platform.
Carefully remove the foreign object from the opening of the platform.
