Insert the plastic opening tool in the crack in between the cover and the rubber spine with the power button.
Pry off the cover, beginning with the side without the volume and bluetooth buttons.
When prying the cover off, it will make a snapping sound.
Pull off the cover with your thumbs.

Remove all four 10 mm JIS #1 screws around the damaged front active speaker.
The speakers are strong magnets. Keep metal tools or other magnetic objects away from the driver.

Insert the plastic opening tool under the unscrewed front active speaker.
Pry off the front active speaker with the opening tool.
Do not yank the front active speaker out. It is connected to wires within the device.
