This guide will help show you how to remove the share/options/PS buttons from the Logitech G29 wheel. If these buttons are malfunctioning, this guide will explain how to remove and replace them, without getting rid of the whole wheel. This process is not hard, and can be completed with ease by anyone.

Remove the 6 black hex screws holding the Playstation center cap using the H 4.0 bit. These screws have an outer diameter of 8.40mm with a length of 26mm.
Once the center cap is removed, detach the face of the wheel from the stand. Before removing it completely, disconnect the 7 pin white cable running into the base of the wheel, and place aside.

Take off the 7 4.32mm diameter 8mm long silver screws holding the PCB to the black housing on the wheel using bit J0.

Remove Daughterboard using bit J0
Remove the 2 small black screws diameter 3.41mmlength 5mm from the small PCB using the J00 bit. Once the small PCB is unscrewed set the whole board aside. This will expose a black housing that all three buttons are attached to. This was removed using the same bit and screws of the same diameter.
