    • Flip device upside down and remove the 4 foam pads at each corner.

    • Remove the 4 screws using a Philips Screwdriver.

    • Gently lift the case off of the body and set down in a safe place.

    • Unscrew Circuit board attached to the top of the case with the one screw in the center. Be careful not to strip the screw/break the circuit board.

    • Make sure all of the buttons are move-able.

    • Press buttons on circuit board while listening for a click.

    • If everything works on the inside, that might mean you need a new circuit board.
