Remove the back cover of the cell phone using a plastic opening tool.
The LEGO Brick Separator (https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/brick...) also works perfectly if you don’t have the iFixit Opening Tool handy.

Using a nylon spudger, push through the hole at the top of the memory card holder to slide it out.
Does “slide it out” refer to memory card holder or the memory card itself?
Photo useless. Cannot see where “hole” is.
