소개

If the audio is not playing, even after following the troubleshooting instructions, then you may need to replace the headphone jack using this guide.

  8. Disconnect the headphone jack from the motherboard.

  9. Lodge the plastic opening tool under and lift the motherboard out of the tablet. Be careful not to snag any connectors.

    • Remove the metal bracket that was underneath the charging port and set aside.

  10. Use Phillips # 000 to remove two of the 4 mm .3 cm screws around the headphone jack. Lift the metal piece that is covering the headphone jack from one of the sides. Lift out the headphone jack.
