-[* black] Fit the shaft of the seat into the frame, slid it in until the seat is at a height that you can sit at.
-[* black] While holding the seat at roughly the same height tighten the seat clamp by rotating it clockwise. Once your seat is locked in you are ready to ride.

+[* black] Unscrew the screw holding the seat cushion to the stand.
