[* black] With the LCD lifted, disconnect the LCD cable by pulling down.
[* icon_caution] The LCD cable is attached to the underside of the power supply; be careful where you put your fingers so you don't get zapped by a capacitor.
[* black] Replacing this cable isicon_reminder] On reassembly, you may find it helpful to remove the hardest part ofpower supply, reconnect the repair. I connect the cableLCD power cable, and then screwreinstall the board down. Note thatpower supply.
[* black] Alternatively, the 2 screws holding the board down closer toLCD power cable can be disconnected from the hard drive have finer threadsLCD, rather than the other 2power supply.
