to get started, remove the screws under the roomba and remove the secondary brush (yellow brush) and then pull up on the bottom panel.

under the castor wheel there is the battery, replace it with a new battery

when the battery is installed the robot will play a tone.

reseat the bottom panel and screw it back on. screw back on the secondary brush and charge.
