To remove the auger simply pull it off

Then unscrew the four screws holding the plastic part in place

You can then pull that off revealing the piece that connects to the motor

The metal piece can now be replaced by inserting a new one

Remove the four exterior screws, and then the top plate.

Once the top plate is removed check the motors circuitry. Disconnect the motor and install the new motor.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
