Insert an opening pick

  • Secure a suction handle to the bottom edge of the back cover, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If the back cover is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the back cover with the suction handle to create a small gap between the back cover and the frame.

  • If you have trouble creating a gap, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap you created.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom left corner to slice the adhesive.

  • Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

バックカバーの下部端に吸盤ハンドルをなるべく端に近い位置に装着します。

バックカバーが割れていると、吸盤がうまく装着しないことがあります。強力なテープで持ち上げてみたり、瞬間接着剤で吸着ハンドルを固定し、硬化させると作業を進め易くすることができます。

吸盤ハンドルでバックカバーを持ち上げて、カバーとフレームの間にわずかな隙間を作ります。

隙間ができにくい場合は、さらに熱を加えて接着剤をさらに軟化させてください。iOpenerの使用ガイドに従って、加熱し過ぎないようにしてください。

作った隙間にオープニングピックを差し込みます。

オープニングピックを左下にスライドさせ、粘着剤を切開します。

接着剤の再装着を防ぐため、オープニングピックはその位置に残しておきます。
