Soften the remaining stretch-release adhesive

  • This step shows how to soften any stretch-release adhesives that broke off in the previous step.

  • Apply several drops of highly-concentrated isopropyl alcohol (over 90%) to the inside edges of the batteries near any broken strips of stretch-release adhesive.

  • Elevate each edge of the iPad to allow the isopropyl alcohol to flow under the batteries.

  • Wait one minute for the isopropyl alcohol to penetrate.

Verbliebene elastische Klebestreifen lösen

In diesem Schritt wird gezeigt, wie Klebestreifen, die im vorherigen Schritt abgerissen sind, aufgeweicht werden können.

Tröpfle etwas hochkonzentrierten Isopropylakohol (mindestens 90%ig) an die Innenkanten des Akkus nahe bei den abgerissenen elastischen Klebestreifen.

Hebe das iPad nacheinander an allen Kanten hoch, damit der Alkohol unter die Akkuzellen fließt.

Lasse den Isopropylakohol eine Minute lang einwirken.
