Heat the solder joint

  • Place the de-soldering wick on the solder joint and put the tip of the soldering iron on it so the wick can heat up and absorb the old solder.

  • Lift the wick and the soldering iron up from the logic board at the same time. Failure to do so can cause the leftover solder to harden and solder the wick to the logic board and you could easily pull a logic board pad off.

  • Please remember that logic board components are very fragile and excessive heat can destroy these components.

납땜 조인트 가열하기

납땜 심지를 납땜 조인트에 놓고 납땜 인두 팁을 그 위에 올려 심지가 가열되어 오래된 땜납을 흡수할 수 있도록 하세요.

심지와 납땜 인두를 로직 보드에서 동시에 들어 올리세요. 그렇게 하지 않으면 남은 땜납이 굳어 심지가 로직 보드에 납땜되어 로직 보드 패드가 쉽게 벗겨질 수 있습니다.

로직 보드 부품들은 매우 손상되기 쉬우므로 과도한 열은 이러한 부품들을 파손할 수 있다는 점을 기억하세요.
