A good check to see if the filter is ok will be to use the water dispenser. If water flows from the dispenser, the filter is good. If the icemaker is not working now, the problem could be with the icemaker, the water valve or the main board. This icemaker can be cycled manually and it may help determine the problem. To cycle the icemaker, press and hold the water fill button for 3 seconds. If the icemaker cycles, watch to see if it fills, towards the end of the cycle. If it does fill, it will indicate the icemaker compartment is not cold enough to cycle the icemaker or the icemaker has failed and will need to be replaced. If it cycles but does not fill, listen for a buzzing noise. If you hear this noise, it will indicate the water valve is being energized. In this case, the valve will need to be replaced. If you don't hear anything or if the icemaker does not cycle, some voltage checks will need to be made. A technician will be needed to make these checks. Other possibilities that can cause the ice maker to not work is:
The ice maker itself could be defective
The optic boards could have failed
The water valve could be defective, even if water is still going to the water dispenser
The fill tube could be frozen
아차! 마음을 바꾸겠습니다.
