My Macbook Pro snapped in half after my wife threw me out for the third time this week. She decided to use our precious machine as a weapon and cracked it over my head. Not only did this put me in a coma for 3 days, but it bent the computer case, cracked the screen and melted the keys.

Since the computer was split in half, I decided to order through you guys all the replacement parts for my machine. When they arrived, I realized I had no idea what I was doing and quickly abandoned my dreams of repairing it, and moved towards getting back at my wife. I duct taped the broken screen back onto the machine, tossed some WD-40 in the hinges to get that baby movin' again, and fixed various cracks and issues with some more of that sticky, silver-ey gift from god.

I gave it back to my wife - boy was she mad :) Thanks iFixit!

You guys were great, no problems with the shipping or the service. But if you're trying to aggravate your wife, ordering replacement parts does no good. All you need is a can of WD-40 and some duct tape.
