For awhile now we have had problems with the MacBook battery not charging. So after the last charger conked out (it would still keep the computer running, just not charging), I decided to try something else. I checked your website, which I'd used before, bought the part and waited for delivery so I could tear it apart.

The guide was very helpful and it didn't take long to get the old one out and the new one in. Lots of screws. I was afraid the dog or the kid would knock them off the table never to be seen by human eyes again, but that did not occur and I got it back together. Unfortunately, it didn't fix my problem. Going to try another charger. If that doesn't do it, I'll go to the Apple store and talk to a "Genius".
