I bought this for my daughter. She is a non-engineer in the family of engineers and often feels like she isn't able to do technical things. She was able to replace her battery all by herself. It is not easy and she had to try over and over, but the video (with a friendly girl) helped so much. Thanks for helping us to all know we can do-it-ourselves. Best to you.
