Repair went very smooth all things considered.

Along with the vibrator motor, the headphone jack, notification LED, cameras, and volume/power buttons, double check that all the gaskets are moved over to the new frame. Two or three of them are grey and easy to spot, another for the proximity and ambient light sensor is black and won't jump out at you - it also has a black adhesive pad on top of it making it more difficult to pull out of the frame. Definitely use a flat head screw driver to pop the rear camera off - going under the ribbon is very difficult. There's a small opening on the bottom (battery side) of the camera housing. Just slide the small bit in there and pop it off the adhesive.
