I had trouble following the steps to fix it since i didn’t have a heatgun or hairdryer.. i’ll have to buy it and then try following the steps, but it’s waay better and cheeper then fixing it in local stores! Thanks IFixit.

Your doing everything right.

When someone is about to buy a replacement kit i would suggest showing him a list of supplies he will need and alternatives to that supplies if he doesn’t have a certain thing so he is aware of what he needs to get before starting on something and figuring out he forgot to get a certain tool.
