My screen had been quite scratched up from several falls, and this was an opportunity to change the color of my back-glass too (and, have some fun).

It has been quite involved, as removing the back-glass requires lots of labor.

Be super careful removing an iPhone SE 3 back-glass, because it is incredibly easy to damage the internals while prying away at the glass. If I could re-do this job, I would have removed all of the internals first, seen exactly what I was working with, then tackled the back-glass removal.

Edit, instead of trying to repair a damaged back-glass, the best method is to purchase another back housing.
