Technical Communications Major/ Visual Communication Design Minor

I don't have much experience in repair but I have built my own desktop computer so I have some experience with computer hardware. I've taken a similar class to this back at community college where I had to write an instruction manual for a printer based off pictures so I have experience when it comes to creating guides.
