That sounds like something you should have looked at soon. one of the peices that has to do with the charge system might have had their connection damage with the drop. problem is if the part eventually breaks off it can cause bigger issues.
I’ve repaired this issue on a galaxy tab s through micro-soldering. one of the chips was completely burned out and the Bluetooth and wifi would turn on and immediately turn off on their own. if you need any help please feel free to reach out and I can have that looked at.
Based on your description it does sound like the issue is hardware related. there must be some short on the board caused by corrosion that needs to be looked at. Do you know any micro-soldering technicians in your area?
This sounds like a sound ship problem. You may need to have the problem taken to a micro soldering technician to get this done. There are videos on you tube of how to do this but you should take it to a proffesional since it may cost you more in tools if you try and do it yourself. You would need flux, reballing stensil, microscope, reflow station etc. if you have this stuff than look up a you tube video for iphone 7 sound chip repair. Also if you need any help please feel free to DM me I do those repairs at my shop.
This can be caused by a couple reasons. First When you turn on the PC, does it make any particular noise? If the PC is turning on normal I would try switching your display wire in order to make sure that its not simply the wire not sending the image to your monitor. If after you switch the wire you still don’t see an image try to to double check that your monitor is actually able to display an image., by turning the monitor off and than back on. If your able to see the start up screen of your monitor, than you might need to trouble shoot the display card in your desktop. First try this and than let me know if you still need more help.
Hello I recently repaired the screen on this same device by changing th whole front screen assembly with its frame. Once I finished the repair the phone seemed to function normally but now the phone cant connect to any network and keeps on thinking its on airplane mode. What could this be related to?
Thank you very much for the response. After more troubleshooting, I was able to determine that the replacement batch I received of lightning port replacements was the issue. Once I used a part from a different batch, the network issues were resolved. Thank you!
I recently replaced a lightning assembly on a iphone 7 plus and although I didn't feel to have run into any incidents, when I finished assembling everything, my phone stayed on “searching" for a good while and than just stayed saying ,”no service" when in fact it had no connection issues before the lightning port was replaced. What can I try to do to resolve this?
