it could be a problem with the crank position, top dead center, cylinder position (CKP/TDC/CYP) sensor. here is a link to the 97-00 service manual. 00 should be the same as 01 cause its still the B20 engine. it could be a problem with one of the led arrays (strips), like a shorted led. If its not that, its gonna be a bad component in the led driver circuit on the power board. you can buy a new power board for $35 the led arrays will run you about $30 https://www.shopjimmy.com/catalogsearch/...
Usually its caused by a broken drain hose . most of the time its the upper hose in this pic. The white part hoses attach to is the drain pump. The lower hose is the one you see coming out the back of the washer and going into the drain.
