Cong Li is a MS student in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Duke University. Before he came to Duke, he received his B.S. (2019) in Mechatronics Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology. He researched in Maritime robotics system during his exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore sponsored by CSC (China Scholarship Council) in 2018. He also did research in control system of short memory alloy soft grippers at Seoul National University, South Korea. Besides his research, he also accumulated experience in software design and cloud computing in a Chinese robotics company where he focused on image deflect detection with machine learning methods. His current interests are in image processing, robotics and control system.
