Dongxin Yan is a Master of Engineering Management student at Duke University. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, China, and she minored in Finance at Fudan University, China during her undergraduate study. In 2016, she worked as an investment banking manager assistant at Wanlian Securities company. She conducted legal work in 2017, first as a law clerk in Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court and then as a paralegal in V&T Law Firm. In 2018, she assisted in private equity investment at CMIG International, during which she helped to investigated and invested promising high-tech companies. She was in the top 15% of SUFE Law School in terms of GPA, and was awarded the People’s Scholarship in 2018 for her academic performance. Dongxin is actively looking for an internship for summer 2020.
