@aactech I just started my computer after unplugging my keyboard and mouse. ( which key board passed the test BUT when pressing I say keys lighting up different spots no idea if that how the numbers lock and all work.. number 4 on side would light up arrow left for example. and mouse Failed the test.) My computer Made NO SOUND! and opened up to the boot then straight to my lock screen which I then plugged in my keyboard and a different mouse. So my guess is Keyboard and mouse issue... ? Thank you again SO MUCH! means so a lot.
