사용자에게 답변하기: Why is there no froth coming out when I make my cappuccino? If no milk froth is formed when making a cappuccino, then you must either keep the milk colder before pouring it in, or clean the frother itself. The ideal temperature of the milk is at refrigerator temperature, try to pour the milk immediately after taking the container out of the refrigerator. To clean the frother, refer to figure 21 in the user’s manual.
사용자에게 답변하기: Why is there no espresso coming out when the pump is on?If there is no espresso coming out of the machine, it is the result of either a lack of water in the reservoir, or a clogged pump. For the lack of water, simply refill the reservoir from any source of tap. To remove the reservoir, check out our easy to follow replacement guide. If the pump is clogged, descale the machine by using lemon juice. For instructions on how to descale the coffee-maker, check the user’s manual on page 10.
사용자에게 답변하기: Why is my coffee froth darker than usual? This is a problem that can be attributed to several minor issues. The first two are irreversible and are that the ground coffee was pressed down too firmly before frothing, or the ground coffee was too coarse. Similarly, two easily fixable ones are that there might just be too much ground coffee (remove excess coffee), or the ground coffee is too damp (remove and let dry). The final two are marginally more complicated and require cleaning to fix. The first is the espresso boiler being blocked, instructions on how to clean this are on page 10 of the user’s manual. The other is the filter being blocked, instructions on how to clean this are on page 10 of the user’s manual.
