Community repair location

Hello there! I was just having problem with my iphone 6 battery. It drains so fast after a full charge. One time i went to a repair shop for battery change but after its been assembled, the battery wont charge, i dont know what happened. If i plug in the charger it shows that its charging but the battery percentage is not moving and also after a minute or two, it is starting to reboot and so on. I need help please. I need enlightenment. I really need to figure out if the problem is in the phone or the battery… Thanks….
