Device Will Not Turn On
After pressing the power button, the laptop does not turn on
Dead Battery
It could be just that your laptop’s battery doesn’t have a sufficient charge. Allow you device to charge for an hour then try to power on your device again.
Broken Charger
After plugging in your device, if the charge light does not come on, try using a different charger.
Broken Battery
If you’ve charged your laptop with a functioning charger, but the device still doesn’t turn on, replace the battery.
Laptop Will Not Charge
After plugging in the charger for your device, the charging light does not come on or the battery symbol does not say charging.
Broken Charger
After plugging in your device, if the charge light does not come on, try using a different charger
Broken Charger Port
It might not be the charger, but the actual laptop itself. If the charging port is broken
Device Shuts Off By Itself
Shortly after turning your laptop on, it turns off.
The Laptop Overheated
Once the motherboard reaches a certain temperature, the device shuts off to prevent damage. The internal fan could be broken. Replace the fan or use an external fan.
Dead Battery
Once the battery loses charge, the laptop will shut off. Charge the battery or replace it.
Can’t Connect to Wireless Network
Once the laptop can’t connect the wireless network, you should allow to change new network card from the motherboard.
Laptop Is In Airplane Mode
Airplane mode prevents the laptop from connecting to any wireless network. Go to settings, click on network & internet, turn off airplane mode.
Can’t Connect to Previously Used Networks

One or More Keyboard Keys are Unresponsive
Typing on a key or keys does not do anything.
Broken Keyboard
With this laptop, all of the keys are attached to a single panel. If one key needs to be replaced, the entire keyboard must be replaced. Install a new keyboard. An easy video tutorial on how to replace your broken keyboard can be found here.
Black Screen
Laptop is Off/Sleeping
Make sure your laptop is powered on. If it is powered off, press the power button. If it is sleeping then begin typing on the keyboard or press the power button.
Laptop Screen is Faulty/Damaged

Broken/unresponsive Touchpad
Dragging your finger across the touch pad does not move the mouse on the screen.
Touchpad is Turned Off
It’s possible to accidentally turn off the touchpad by accidentally pressing a combination of keys or double tapping the top left corner of the touchpad. To fix this, either double tap the top left corner of the touchpad or go into settings and manually turn it back on.
Broken Touchpad
If the computer settings say that the touchpad is on, but it’s still not working then the touchpad is defective. The touchpad can easily be replaced by following
