태블릿 속도가 느립니다. 어떻게 하면 속도를 높일 수 있나요?
배터리가 충전되지 않음
펼친 종이 클립을 리셋 버튼이 있는 구멍에 부드럽게 넣고 약 60초 동안 누르세요. 그러면 태블릿이 충전 화면을 활성화하고 충전을 진행해야 합니다. 여전히 배터리가 충전되지 않는다면 배터리를 교체해야 합니다.
기기 전원이 켜지지 않음
기기가 충전 상태인지 확인하고 전원 버튼에 작동을 방해할 수 있는 이물질이 있는지 검사한 뒤 필요하면 닦아내세요. 기기가 충전되었음에도 전원 버튼을 눌러도 켜지지 않는다면 버튼 보드를 교체해야 할 수도 있습니다.
카메라로 찍은 사진이 흐릿하거나 왜곡됨
카메라 렌즈가 더러울 수 있으니 보풀이 없는 천으로 닦아 보세요. 닦아도 문제가 해결되지 않는다면 카메라 렌즈를 교체해야 할 수도 있습니다.
깨지거나 오작동하는 화면
화면에 얇은 선이 나타나거나 왜곡되어 보인다면 화면을 교체해야 합니다.
소리가 재생되지 않거나 잡음이 심함
기기 볼륨을 조절하고 다른 앱에서 오디오가 재생되고 있지 않은지 확인하세요. 문제가 지속되면 스피커를 교체해야 할 수도 있습니다.

The RCA screen comes on then goes off. It won't stay on. Before this started it would be fully charged & turn off. I would have to keep it plugged in order to use my tablet. Now I can't use it at all. Also getting messages that Google not responding or Launcher not responding. I have a Pro 10 Edition. I use it mostly to play games & go on Facebook. My Tablet Was Working Fine Yesterday. I put it on the charger and I went to get it last night and it wouldn't even turn on so I placed it back on the charger thinking that maybe it didn't charge but it won't turn on it won't reset. I'm getting nothing
