The Touchscreen Is Unresponsive
The phone does not respond to touches on the screen when the device is powered on
The Phone or an App Crashed
Lock your phone and try to use the touchscreen again. If the touchscreen works again, the phone may have had too many apps open and crashed. If this does not solve the problem perform a soft reset on the phone by holding the volume up button and the lock button down for five seconds.
The Screen Is Dirty
A buildup of dust, dirt, and oils on the touch screen can prevent it from functioning. Use a microfiber cloth to clean the clean the screen and remove the buildup.
The Digitizer Is Broken
Damage to the digitizer is commonly done when the screen cracks. If the glass screen is cracked and the phone display works but the screen does not respond to touch then the digitizer is damage. The digitizer is located under the glass screen and if broken you may need to replace the screen and digitizer.
The Earpiece Sounds Robotic
The speaker sounds robotic during phone calls and while playing music
The Volume Is Too High
Increasing the volume too much can build heat inside the speaker. This heat can damage its internal components which ultimately leads to distortion. It is best to never exceed 75% of the max volume on your phone.
The Speaker Has Dust or Debris
Dust or debris inside the speaker can make it sound robotic. The best way to clean it would be with a soft bristle toothbrush. Gently brush the speaker to remove any debris that has accumulated.
The Speaker Is Blown
The speaker could have blown due to prolonged abuse or defective manufacturing. Consider replacing the speaker by looking at the replacement guide.
The Wireless Connection Is Weak
The phone has weak wireless connection.
Wireless Connections Have to Be Reactivated
The phone does not connect to the wifi, disconnects from the wifi, and has low-range of wifi. Access the available connections and let the device find and display all available connections. Forget the connection that the device is trying to make the connection with. Then connect the phone to the same connection.
The Wireless Connection Is Weakened by the Router
Turn off the device and unplug the power from your router. Plug back in your router and then turn on the phone 1 minute later. Check the router and reset its settings. Remove any obstacles that are in front of the router. Try connecting to the network again.
The Wireless Connection Is Weakened by the Motherboard
The motherboard could impact the phone’s processing power. The device will experience weak connection if it is slow to respond to input effectively and render the webpages. To improve wireless connections replace the motherboard using the replacement guide.
The Charging is Slow
The phone charges at a significantly slower rate than it should
The Connection to the Phone Could Be Weakened by Lint, Dust, Corrosion, etc.
Use a flashlight to see inside of your phone’s charging port. If you see anything that could be interfering with the connection to the charging cable, use a toothpick to remove it.
“Tip:” When doing this, be very careful not to damage any components inside the charging port.
The Charger Is Weak
Find a different USB-C charger than the one you currently use. Try to charge your device with the new USB-C charger. If the device charges significantly faster, consider replacing your old phone charger with a new one.
If the charging port needs to be replaced, follow this guide.
The Battery Drains Quickly
The phone battery drains significantly faster than it normally should
Battery Saver Mode Is Not On
Step 1: Open the “Settings” App on your device.
Step 2: Tap the “Battery” settings. This should be under the “Device” Settings.
Step 3: Click on the Battery Saver tab at the top. Then, switch it to “On”.
“Tip:” You can also tap the three black dots on the upper right corner of the display to get to the “Battery Optimization” settings and optimize your phone’s battery life, too.
Apps Are Running in the Background
Tap the square button on the bottom right of your devices display to open the recent applications menu. This displays all of the apps open in the background of your device. Swipe away all of the applications (or tap the “X” on the bar for each app) to close them. These apps will no longer be open at that time, saving your battery power.
If the battery needs to be replaced, follow this guide.
Bad Camera Quality
The phone camera quality is significantly worse
The Camera is Covered by Dust, Residue, or Scratches
Look at the affected camera (rear or front), and check for any marks or residue that could be covering the lens. Take a microfiber cloth and gently wipe it against the lens until residue comes off. To avoid future residue on camera, put a case on the phone.
The Camera Unit Has Gone Bad
The actual camera unit could have gone bad and needs to be replaced. This could be caused by mechanical failure or damage caused from dropping the phone. Replace the camera using the camera replacement guide.

I had mine done this also a couple times. Normally what I done was do a hard reset ( not factory reset/ rboot) which is holding down both your volume buttons and fingerprint button simultaneously until it turns off and a keep holding it down till your White Razer logo screen come back up and let go…..or you might have to take out the Sim and put it back in to see if that helps…good luck
