Hi,

Try the following to see if it is a software or a hardware problem.

Software:

Start the phone in [https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-m32/safe-mode/|safe mode] and check.

Hardware:

Open the dialer or Phone app and dial ''#7353# or'' #0*# to test the vibrate motor.

If the vibrate motor doesn't work here are some images showing the ''Motor troubleshooting flowchart'' and the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart from the Galaxy M32 service manual.
