A flashing green Power light indicates that the laptop is in sleep mode.
A flashing orange Battery light indicates that the battery charge is at a critical level.
Try connecting the charger to the laptop and leave it connected until the battery light is a solid green.

Once the battery has fully charged, press and hold the Power button until the laptop shuts down. Then try starting it again in the normal manner.
