If it works OK i.e. not hanging/freezing etc, it may be that a ''downloaded app¹'' is the cause of the problem.
The trick is to find out which one.
You will need to uninstall each download app, one by one and then test the phone in "normal mode" to see if it works OK or not. When it does them the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause of the problem
A ''downloaded app¹'' is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn't come pre-installed on the phone which you fist got it.
