I have probably damaged the vias on a 1914 controller.

Trying to remove the left joystick from the PCB has gone bad, due to the lack of experience ( my first attempt ever ) and improper tools, it ended up in damaging the vias (if that is what those holes are) and at this moment, I don't know if anything else. The question is, is this something fixable, and if yes, how? I have attached some pictures with the damage, the silver and copper rings are damaged or missing from several vias. Also, does the silver rectangle look damaged?

Also, do you think the silver rectangle from the last screenshot is damaged also? I did not interfere with it, but I think I may have used to much heat on the soldering iron.
