Reflow still a no go...

I have performed a proper reflow on the GPU but the system still YLOD on me instantly. I then performed a reflow on the CPU with the same result. I have changed out the power supply to rule that one out and still a no go. Is there any fuses on the mainboard that I can test? Not sure where to go with it now except to reball the processors which I am really dreading doing. :)
