As i have given the description of my mac , my mac battery is giving 50 minutes back up and it is showing a sign that the battery is finished. i want to ask suppose if i don't change the battery for a long time, that means if it have a back up of 10 minutes, is it will effect the machine performance or i mean to say that is it effect the charging board performance.

Crashing the computer because the battery dies will eventually cause problems with the Hard Drive. Then you'll need two new parts. Get a new battery and save yourself a headache further on. It's often the cheapskate that ends up spending the most money.
