wrong PASSCODE attempted to many times IM LOCKED OUT

hi!

I've locked myself out of my pantech cell phone. I forgot my pass code and I've attempted too many times. So now I'm locked out. can someone help me reset the phone so that the pass code does not pop up and i can continue to use my cell?

and as for my google sign in, it's not valid.
