The left side of touchscreen does not respond, right side workd fine.
is there anything that can be done to repair this gps unit?

daniel garcia, replace the digitizer or the total display assembly. you can check check on here for a new part and follow this guide up to step 4 for instructions. Remove the ribbon cable and remove the LCD and digitizer from the front bezel. Hope this helps, good luck.
