Recently changed out a digitizer for a 4s and now I can't make or receive calls. I have checked and cleaned all antenna connections to no avail. All of the similar issues I find online state that the phone displays a weak or no signal, mine is very strong, but the phone does not place calls or ring. Please help.

And you do get the right info in the top left corner about your provider? A connection from the sim card to the logic board may be the problem.

Have you tried removing the micro sim, cleaning it with a micro fibre lint free cloth and inserting it back in? The micro sim can move slightly when you consider the use and abuse we give our iPhone 4S'.
