It does not power on.

I bought my macbook Pro 13" last November. Out of no way, it turned off few days ago. It wouldn't power on at all. I didn't spill liquid on it or anything, but when I went to apple, they said it has liquid on it so they won't fix it under the warranty. they asked for $700 for it to be fixed. I bought ifixit tools and try to clean the logic board with liquid, but it seems like the logic board is not receiving power. When I charged it after I cleaned it, it charged until it got green, but when I press the power indicator, it does not show any level of power.

Now, I am thinking to jump start it, but I don't know how. Is there anyway someone can advise me in this issue?
