I lost the spare key to my Honda CR-V Ls

I had two keys that came with my Honda CR-V. The one without the fob was lost, so I purchased a new one.

Now I need to programme the chip inside so it can start the car instead of just turning the engine over. All the guides I have found seem to be for FOB, but that is not what I have. I have a new key with a blank chip inside it.
