The top of the iPod screen is popped out. I can see into the iPod. It still works but my camera gets blurrier by the day and the screen is getting less responsive to touch. The only thing holding it in, is the case I have on it. I need someone to fix this for me.

That screen is definitely fixable, and you can do it yourself! It sounds like the adhesive may have come loose, but you can use our guides to try and fix it yourself. You can find that guide here.
The one thing that you may also want to consider is that the warranty should still cover that device, and Apple may replace it for you.
