wont do anything
please help tried too erase songs an now it wont do anthing !

Chris, have you tried doing a soft eset of the ipod, which I believe is menu and the play/pause button for a few seconds. If this doesn't work you should try letting the battery run down completely. Another solution would be to plug the iPod into iTunes and try restoring the device from there.

I need any assistance please ... my Ipod is down an wont shut off . its froze an,i dont now what too do ?

Have you tried a hard reset? Have you plugged it in to charge? Does iTunes still recognize it?
