so i accidentally dropped my phone in my bathtub and i put it in rice its okay it works except.... my power button.. it wont let me turn the screen on or off or power down my phone... the screen comes on when i plug it into my charger but thats it.. please help me i'm not sure what else to do.

Well, to my knowledge there is no way to power on most android phones without a working power button. Unfortunately its machine soldered to the motherboard and would be a tiny difficult job to re solder a new one for an inexperienced tech.
Perhaps look for a local repair shop that may be able to tear it apart and clean the motherboard and see if they can gt it working.
