Erratic behaviour in iBooks and iTunes after screen replacement

Hi, i replaced THE digitiser and all works fine, except ibooks zooms in and out randomly and i can not get iTunes to play any song. I can click in it, and then THE whole playlist just starts to be runs over in à few seconds, without playing anything

Was proud About replacing, now not so Much anymore...

Please help
