I dropped my Nexus 4 into water, everything works except the 3 down button, to use the phone I have all the time to switch the phone in horizontal view.
Do you know what can I do to fix it ? Which component do I have to replace ?

Sounds like the touchscreen took a bad hit. You can get a replacement kit for $110 (Screen and frame- make it easy) or just shell out $200 for a brand new one from Play. Sell the broken one on Ebay, and go for the sure thing.
