Black screen while there is charging sound

After slightly drop my iPad display not work but I can hear charging sound & screen shot sound , I try to restore it by iTunes but I can't proceed because I have passlock but I can't see anything to enter password

Put it into dfu mode and restore it. If that doesn't help, replace the display.

I can't put it in DFU mode because I can't see anything in screen
