Mine was working fine until I unplugged it to move it & ne it will not go past the gray screen.

By chance do you have a SSD drive in this system? If you do its' possible you corrupted it as you had your system in sleep mode Vs fully powered down.

It normally goes to sleep sometimes but I had shut it down and unplugged it and now it won't boot. I have tried to reimage it and I have tried to get to the HD from the option boot but I can not get it past the gray screen after I click on the HD to start from. I have tried booting from the cd. No I don't have a extra case. (Wish I did). I just checked all the cables on another computer they work fine. It is a macmini 1.86 DUO/512/80/8D/AP/BT
I got disk utility to run when I tried to reimage it but it did not help. I will try FireWire to see if I can get to it. Thank you!
